What the work actually costs
Computed from 844 building permits issued in Markham. Declared to the city, not quoted by a contractor.
Markham, ON
A declared construction value is what an applicant tells the city when they apply, for permit-fee purposes. It is not an invoice and it is not a quote. Numbers are only published where at least ten permits exist, because a median of three is a rumour.
